1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Miro Keyboard ("Miro", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Miro is a Pinyin keyboard for iOS that provides:

• Chinese Pinyin text input with intelligent candidate suggestions
• Voice-to-text input via speech recognition
• AI-powered text refinement, translation, and reply generation
• Conversation coaching (Love Coach / Chat Coach)
• Voice memos and note-taking

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Miro. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans: Miro Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription.
• Payment: All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period expires.
• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy.
• Price Changes: We may adjust subscription prices. You will be notified in advance, and the new price will apply at your next renewal. You can cancel before then if you do not agree.

6. AI-Generated Content

Miro uses artificial intelligence to refine text, generate replies, provide translations, and offer conversation coaching. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate phrasing
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated text before sending or sharing it
• The Love Coach / Chat Coach feature provides general communication guidance and is not professional counseling
• HamsterAI is not liable for any consequences arising from your use of AI-generated content

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Miro to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
• Circumvent or manipulate the daily AI quota or subscription validation
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the App's AI services

8. Intellectual Property

• Miro and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HamsterAI and are protected by intellectual property laws
• You retain ownership of all text you create or input. By using AI features, you grant us a limited, transient right to process your text through our AI services solely to provide you with results
• The Rime input method engine and other open-source components are used under their respective licenses, as listed in the App's "Open Source Licenses" section

9. Privacy

Your use of Miro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HAMSTERAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated results will be accurate, complete, or appropriate
• Voice recognition will produce error-free transcriptions
• The App will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAMSTERAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HamsterAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or update to this page. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
